At Reblika, we created Mascotte.AI: a digital human platform that gives AI a face and a personality, with characters that speak, listen and interact in real time.

Our work brings digital characters to life for brands and public services, with projects for Absolut Vodka, Abu Dhabi Police and Ascend in Abu Dhabi.

A warm welcome: Greet students, families and visitors.
Useful answers: Explain courses, admissions, schedules and rooms using Academy-approved information.
Appointment requests: Open an existing booking page or send a request for staff to confirm.
Staff notifications: Notify one agreed email destination when visitors arrive.

Live schedules and direct calendar booking require a separately agreed integration.

A SIMPLE BROWSER SETUP

A normal TV is enough for the pilot

Connect a MacBook or Mac mini to a standard TV.
Open the service in a supported browser.

Add suitable microphone and speaker arrangements,
with reliable internet access.

We provide remote setup, hosting and ongoing service maintenance through the subscription.

We check the selected equipment before the pilot begins.

A digital human for visitor interaction

We built a digital-human kiosk for Ascend in Abu Dhabi, giving visitors a face-to-face way to interact with an AI assistant.

The installation combines an on-screen avatar, voice interaction and a dedicated physical kiosk.

For Florence Academy, we propose this approach to visitor interaction through a browser, starting with a normal TV.

Ongoing service

One station and one standard avatar.
Italian and English conversations.
Hosting, monitoring and software updates.
Maintenance and bug fixes included.
One content update per month.
Remote support in agreed business hours.

Custom avatars and integrations are quoted separately.

Usage and extras

Additional minutes: €40 per 100.
Only with written approval.
No automatic overage charges.
Unused minutes do not roll over.

At the limit, voice pauses and staff contact details appear.

Optional onsite setup: €2,000
One-off equipment setup, checks and staff handover.
Hardware excluded. Visit scope and travel agreed before booking.

Active minutes cover the whole voice session, including speech and pauses.
Idle display time does not count. Inactive sessions end automatically.

PILOT REVIEW & NEXT STEPS

Before launch: Agree scope, pricing and success measures.
Confirm equipment, content and visitor data handling.
During the pilot: Review visitor use, answer quality and staff feedback.
Make the agreed content corrections.
By day 25: Review the results and decide whether to subscribe.
Confirm the plan and paid start date in writing.

Without a signed subscription, the service stops at the pilot limit.
